The department of precision forgings, with the workshop of 12000m², has 400T and 1000T frictional presses. 630T precision press with heating by intermediate frequency inductor and automatic temperature measurement by infrared ray, automatic sorting with 3 paths under the general control center. Our products are mainly for automobile, train, mining machines and transmission machines.
Our moulds are made by lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, drill presses, CNC milling machines, processing centers, CNC wire cuttings and EBM etc. Our inspection center can fulfill material components analysis, comprehensive test of mechanical properties, metallographic analysis, 3D coordinate measurement and non-destructive test, etc.
